For the ceramic and plaster Black Panther Statues please allow 3-7 days to get the item ready to be shipped plus shipping time of approximately 3-5 days depending on your location.

Sculptures are made-to-order and will be shipped in 2 to 3 weeks.

The Black Panther Pictures each have a different shipping time, please see individual picture description for approximate shipping times.

The other products will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex Ground (some of the smaller items will be shipped via USPS) within 1-3 days plus shipping time of approximately 3-5 days depending on your location.

A flat shipping charge based on product selection is added to the order. Our products are shipped from multiple locations depending upon which products are ordered.

Please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns with your Black Panther Product. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and the product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation. We pride ourselves on our high customer service standards, so if you are unhappy in any way, please contact us with your concern. If you are not totally satisfied with our product, you can return it in its original undamaged condition for a refund minus the shipping cost less 10% within 30 days. Returns on damaged products:
If your product was delivered damaged, please keep original packing and damaged product for carrier to look at, and email us via the contact form for a return authorization number. Any defective product can be returned within 30 days of receiving product for a full refund minus shipping costs or replaced with a new product. Another product will be shipped as soon as possible to replace damaged item. We will advise instruction to ship the damaged product back.

Returns on incorrect products:
If an incorrect product was delivered due to our mistake, we will ship the correct product to you as soon as possible to replace incorrect item. Please email us via the contact form for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
